Experience Team Work from the Ultimate Team Sport

LYR are experts in bringing rowing to non-rowers and beginners and developing what the sport provides for free - 5 key life skills - Teamwork, Leadership, Problem Solving, Staying Positive and Aiming high. This is what we deliver to the young people who need it the most.

We're offering a version of this for companies to experience the learning points from this valuable sport at two great locations in London. Catering for East and West London to help you, our new water sports pontoon at the Olympic Park, has great meeting / conference rooms with a wide range of catering offers whilst overlooking the Stadium, the London Aquatics centre and the ArcelorMittal Orbit or opt for floating down the River Thames and take in local riverside pubs in leafy Richmond, West London.

  • We offer a full day or half day for corporate team building on the Olympic Park.
  • From teams of 8 upwards to maximum of 100 team members.
  • Rowing and other water sports such as Kayak and Stand Up Paddle-boarding would feature for half of the time, and we will arrange a breakout space where we'll follow up with an active discussion on key learning points and links to your work
  • All based on rowing and the fundamentals on why it's the ultimate team sport.
  • You would then have time to reflect on this and work new ideas and methods into your own processes and culture at work.
