Successful young people Meet, Callum Callum is a former LYR Globe Rowing Club athlete. He joined after Googling how to get involved during the London 2012 Olympics. He has gone on to represent Great Britain at the Coupe de le Jeunesse regatta, the Junior World Rowing Championships. He is now studying music at Cambridge University, and made his Boat Race debut in 2019. READ MORE Meet, Leila Leila heard about rowing in 2012 after her school advertised an LYR learn-to-row course. This lead to her getting involved in London Youth Games and eventually joining Mossbourne Academy Rowing Club. She has since been offered a rowing scholarship to study at the University of California, LA.
