Get motivated! Sign up for an online training session with three times Olympic Champion and Race the Thames organiser, Andy Triggs Hodge.

Stronger Connected is about so much more than getting fit. It's cultivating positive habits as a group and celebrating the connection and sense of community that working out together brings. We offer fun and live home-based workouts for people all around the world. Aimed at adults, but welcoming all children as part of the team, we use time-intervals in all our workouts.
