The Mossbourne Rowing Academy's goals are to produce high standard racing crews, while also providing the opportunity to create an inclusive enviroment so that all young people at the Mossbourne Federation feel able to try and participate in rowing.

The selection of the successful candidate will be made by LYR in partnership with Mossbourne Federation.
