I have never been so impressed by a team. Considering that the first time we got on the boat together was 1 hour before the start of the race, we have gelled incredibly well. Every individual in this crew is willing to compromise themselves for the benefit of others. Self awareness and an acute awareness of others means that when encouragement, a joke or even a cup of tea is required to boost moral, it is offered with no questions asked.
