Build teamwork and improve communication in your workplace by learning how to row

Make sustainable changes in your workplace through bettering team motivation, communication, productivity and efficiency.

Half and full day courses available for groups of 20-100 people. Main operations from Royal Albert Docks with other sites across the whole of London including the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

What to expect:

Arrive at your location ready to take part in an action packed session, hosted by fully qualified rowing coaches all with experience coaching at beginner through to competitive level.

During the session you will be given a tour of the location, introduced to basic rowing equipment and terminology and taught how to handle and manoeuvre your vessel. There is of course major emphasis on learning how to work closely in a team, handling the complexities of an new environment, in crews of 4-8 people.

During a half day course, a mid-morning break will be provided complete with catering upon request, after which teams will be selected to race side-by-side for a chance to put new skills and communication strategies into practice. During a full day course, more time is spent learning basic skills, first on indoor rowing machines, followed by more time on the water and additional catering.
