London Youth Rowing (LYR) is a ground breaking charity with a mission to develop young people through physical activity and to open access to rowing at all levels.

LYR delivers inspiring programmes attracting over 8,000 participants every year, partnering with 70 state secondary schools and academies as part of the Active Row Programme funded by Sport England and Tideway. We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Coach to join our Community Coaching team working closely with schools predominantly in South West London, close to the Putney area.

Our Active Row programme was launched in September 2017, we now work with 12 priority London Boroughs from Ealing to Tower Hamlets. In the past 4 years, across the previous programme, we worked with over 9,750 young people aged 11-18.
