Indoor Rowing provides an accessible indoor activity for young people aged 11 years and over. It presents a fun challenge and cardiovascular workout for all abilities, body types and fitness levels to see improvement and progression.

London Youth Rowing have developed partnerships with over 80 Secondary Schools across London and Youth Groups to engage thousands of young people through indoor rowing each year. Indoor Rowing Clubs are supported by our Community Coaches all year round.
