Andy Triggs Hodge is a treble Olympic Champion and quadruple World Champion, making him one of the most decorated members of the GB Rowing Team. Subsequently, he was awarded an MBE in the 2009 New Year's Honours list.

Andy studied at Staffordshire University then obtained an M.Sc. in Water Science, Policy & Management at the University of Oxford. While at Oxford, he rowed for the victorious Dark Blue in the 2005 Boat Race.

At the same time, he developed an association with Thames Water, now Tideway. Since retiring from rowing he has started working for the company as a Strategic Projects Manager, helping reconnect London with the River Thames.
