Entry is open to everyone between the ages of 11 and 18 or in Years Seven to Thirteen.
You can enter on your own or as part of a school, club or group.
There are two types of competition — the ’Standard’ and ‘Adaptive’.
Standard is open to all non adaptive athletes. You just send us the category that you want to rave in and all the other key info and we do the rest.
Adaptive is open to those that have a SEN Statement and/or a physical disability. We will have official FISA Classifiers there on the day and if you need them. Please do contact Matt for more information on mrostron@londonyouthrowing.com

Standard Entry – Individual and Team Events:
The easiest and quickest way to ensuring that your entry has been received and entered is for you to download complete the 2012 NJIRC Entry Form as an Excel file (see more options below) and email to kkhanom@londonyouthrowing.com, then, send cheques made out to ‘London Youth Rowing’ (not forgetting to write your school name or club on the back of the cheque) to:
