London Youth Rowing (LYR) is pleased to announce the 8th National Junior Indoor Rowing Championships (NJIRC), will take place at the Lea Valley Athletics Centre in North London on MARCH 21st, and it’s going to be bigger than ever!

This year the event will be co-hosted by London Youth Rowing, British Rowing and The Boat Race Company. British Rowing is the national governing body for one of the most successful rowing countries in the world.  Rowing provided Team GB’s first Gold medal at the London 2012 Olympics, inspiring a whole new generation of young rowers.

London Youth Rowing is delighted to be hosting NJIRC in the company of two internationally recognised organisations.  Together we  will deliver a truly amazing event – one that looks set to be even bigger and louder than last year.

For many of the thousands of new juniors who take up the sport, NJIRC provides the largest rowing event in the world.  It is a fantastic opportunity to try out new skills and gives many young rowers their very first opportunity to race.

They are truly coming to ‘Join the rowing revolution’.

Entry is now closed!!
