NJIRC2012 goes live!

March 23rd will see the return of one of the largest Indoor Rowing events in the world coming back to London.

As last year we have secured the amazing Lee Valley Athletics Centre in North London. Just a javelin throw from the Olympic Park in Stratford, Lee Valley Athletics Centre is home to some of the UK’s biggest Athletics stars and where they will be training to compete at the London Olympics later in the year.

There will be tons of new information being released all the time and the ever popular ‘Paddy the Performance Coach says…’ feature will be back to help with training plans and advice. In case you dont know what NJIRC looks like check out this film from the BBC at last years event!

You can also ‘friend’ London Youth Rowing on Facebook or follow us on Twitter at @LYRowing to be the first to hear the news!

Get training and see you there!
