Lea Rowing Club (www.learc.org.uk) is LYR’s affiliated centre in North East London and is located at the Spring Hill boathouse in Upper Clapton, Hackney.
The River Lea is very peaceful stretch of water and is ideally suited to both the task of teaching novices and more advanced athletes. A towpath runs alongside the river, allowing coaches to follow crews on bikes.
